To measure your size --> calculate with a measuring tape the circumference of your head in inches. Take the measurement wherever you usually wear your toque.

XS 20.5-21.5 inches

STANDARD 21.5-22.5 inches

XL 22.5-24 inches

In the photos I am wearing the standard size. My head circumference is 21.5 inches.
